Items purchased in the store may be exchanged within 14 days in order to accommodate a purchase where the size is an issue. Hats may not be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons. Specialty hats may not be returned.
In order to ensure that our customers purchase new and clean items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hats missing tags or with any signs of wear. Returns for online purchases may be limited. Purchases delivered to the USA are subject to a reduction in refund for any COD charges upon receipt of the returned item. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
